Brokers are governed by an independent body to ensure borrowers are receiving fair and unbiased information. Banks can only offer you products they sell while Brokers can offer you a full menu of different options.

You should start the mortgage process as early as possible. If you’re intending to purchase a home, getting a pre-approval should be your first step. If you’re mortgage is renewing in the next 3-6 months, you will want to start the process now and get a rate-hold to ensure you ultimately close with the best possible offer.
