"We had so many questions when it came to purchasing our first home. Sunny took the time to answer every single one without making us feel like we were bothering her. Even on the weekends, she answered all of our calls and texts."

FAQs
Does it cost money to work with a Mortgage Broker?
Working with a Mortgage Broker is generally free. Mortgage Broker’s are paid by the lender and therefore, there is no cost to the borrower. There are some instances where there would be a fee charged but that would be discussed ahead of time.
Why should I work with a Broker instead of my bank?
Unlike a Mortgage Representative at a bank, Mortgage Brokers are licensed to trade and discuss mortgages. Brokers are governed by an independent body to ensure borrowers are receiving fair and unbiased information. Banks can only offer you products they sell while Brokers can offer you a full menu of different options.
When should I start the mortgage process?
You should start the mortgage process as early as possible. If you’re intending to purchase a home, getting a pre-approval should be your first step. If you’re mortgage is renewing in the next 3-6 months, you will want to start the process now and get a rate-hold to ensure you ultimately close with the best possible offer.
